📦 Estimated Delivery Times

We ship globally from a network of warehouses based in multiple regions to ensure efficient delivery.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada / Australia / Asia: 10–20 business days

📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking info to update after dispatch.

📦 Multiple Shipments

To avoid delays, we may ship items in your order separately if:

  • Items are located in different warehouses
  • One item is on backorder or delayed

You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each package, and no extra shipping fees will apply.

We ship all items tax-free from our end.

📦 Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

If your package:
