- The return is initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery

Please note: You must receive approval from our support team before shipping any item back.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Used or damaged items (unless defective)
- Opened hygiene-related or wearable products (e.g. earphones, massagers)
- Items marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable
- Personalized or custom items
- Gift cards or store credit
🛠️ Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a defective, broken, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the damage or problem
Once verified, we will offer:
- A replacement, store credit, or
- A full refund, based on stock availability and your preference
🚚 Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, wrong item), we will cover return shipping or reimburse your shipping cost
- If the return is for any other reason (e.g., you changed your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges
